He was involved in establishing Novus Petroleum Ltd and preparing that company for its $186m IPO in April 1995 and over 10 years, he held various senior management roles with the Company. Subsequently Mr Sandy has been the principal of energy consultancy company Sandy Associates P/L, has set up and taken companies to IPO and has built extensive experience on the boards of listed and unlisted companies, including Tap Oil, Burleson Energy and Hot Rock.
